Defined- An opening or passage by which energy is taken from a Source and

anything is let out or released.

Age-18 and out of high school through 30

Mission- Through prayer, our mission is to develop and maintain quality ministerial programs and activities within a Christian community for young adults (18-30). We will REACH the unplugged, CONNECT the searching to Christ and each other, help the surging to GROW in their faith, challenge the charged to DISCOVER their ministry, and send the active to HONOR God with their life through these 5 biblical purposes:

Evangelism

Fellowship

Discipleship

Ministry

Worship

Matthew 22:37-40 "Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

Matthew 28:19-20 "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." 

Vision and Purpose-  We will reconcile young adults to Christ through The Outlet at St. Stephen Church.  While Christ transforms our hearts and minds we will transform our communities, universities, the marketplace and the world. We will accomplish this by creating a Spirit-empowered community reflecting our mission and core values.
